Here is a quick introduction to give you a better idea of who I am and what I am up to. My name is Abbey and I was born and raised in Calgary, Alberta. I’m currently a student at the University of Victoria completing a Secondary BEd Post-Degree Professional Program with a teachable subject area of Physical and Health Education.
Prior to moving to the West Coast, I was attending Mount Royal University and completing my Bachelor of Health and Physical Education degree with a major in Physical Literacy. During my 5 years at Mount Royal I was also a varsity basketball player and had an incredible experience with the program. In my free time I enjoy cooking, hiking and being outdoors, all kinds of sports, and spending time with my friends and family.
